GENERAL TERMS

By accessing or purchasing from Epher Crew (ephercrew.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this website or place an order.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Epher Crew. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

ORDERS & AVAILABILITY

All orders are subject to availability. Epher Crew operates on a limited drop model — once a product sells out, it will not be restocked. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed for resale purposes in bulk, or orders where fraudulent activity is suspected.

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing.
• You will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
• We are not responsible for errors made by the customer during checkout (wrong address, wrong size, etc.).
• Order cancellations are only possible before the order has been dispatched.

PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Epher Crew reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment is processed securely at checkout. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other available payment methods. We do not store your payment details.

• Prices displayed at time of order are final for that transaction.
• Discount codes and offers cannot be applied retroactively.
• GST is applied as per applicable Indian tax law.
• Failed payment transactions will not result in an order being placed.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship across India. Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed. Epher Crew is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Standard delivery: 5–8 business days after dispatch.
• Express delivery options may be available at checkout.
• Tracking information will be shared via email once your order is dispatched.
• Epher Crew is not responsible for orders lost or damaged in transit once handed to the courier.
• Delivery to remote or non-serviceable PIN codes may not be possible.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the limited and exclusive nature of our drops, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of change of mind, incorrect size selection, or general dissatisfaction.

We will only accept returns or issue refunds in the following circumstances:

• The item received is significantly different from what was ordered.
• The item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage caused during shipping.
• The wrong item was dispatched by us.

To initiate a valid return, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Claims made after this window will not be entertained.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website — including but not limited to graphics, logos, product designs, photography, copy, and brand elements — is the exclusive property of Epher Crew and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any Epher Crew content for commercial purposes without written permission.
• Purchasing a product does not grant you rights to reproduce its design or artwork.
• Unauthorised use of our brand identity, name, or designs will be pursued legally.

PRIVACY & DATA

We collect only the personal information necessary to process your order and improve your experience. This includes your name, email, shipping address, and payment details (processed securely by our payment gateway — we do not store card data).

• Your data will not be sold to third parties.
• We may use your email to send order updates and, if opted in, marketing communications.
• You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
• We use cookies to improve site functionality and track basic analytics.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Epher Crew shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of this website.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kozhikode, Kerala.
