How long does shipping take?
Pan India delivery takes 3–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. Express options may be available at checkout.
Do you restock sold out items?
No. Every drop is strictly limited and we do not restock. When it's gone, it's gone. Follow @ephercrew on Instagram to catch drops early.
What is your return policy?
All return claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Unboxing video from start to end is mandatory to claim any issue related to damage, missing items, or defects. Email hello@ephercrew.com before sending anything back.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched. You can also use our Track Order page anytime.

Do you ship internationally?
